ScrubNest offers practical cleaning products, household cleaning tools, and storage essentials. Our selection includes brushes, scrubbers, mops, brooms, dusters, window-cleaning tools, electric cleaning tools, organizers, gloves, buckets, and other everyday cleaning accessories.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods, promotional events, or unexpected operational delays.

Orders shipped within the United States generally arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once tracking information becomes available, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the shipping label is created.

Eligible unused products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Products must remain in their original condition and include the original packaging, accessories, and components.

Opened cleaning liquids, used products, disposable items, and hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate replacement, refund, replacement part, or another reasonable resolution.
